Open Assignment Broadcasting

Broadcasting an open assignment to multiple Care Providers can get word out quickly about an open shift opportunity via SMS and Email. Care Providers can reply to the email/text message to accept the open assignment opportunity or log into the eRSP Mobile Point of Service site to claim a shift opportunity.

The broadcast feature is fully integrated with the Assignment Recommendation feature to ensure that only qualified Care Providers receive the open shift opportunity.


Integrated Conflicts

The eRSP™ Conflict Engine is fully integrated with the Calendar. New Assignments are evaluated and the scheduler is alerted with potential conflicts.

Assignment on the calendar are color-coded to alert you when a conflict exists making it easy to see what needs attention.
