The eRSP™ Telephony and Mobile Connect feature is a fully integrated time and attendance service that provides real time visibility to work activity performed at your client locations. Using the telephone or mobile device, employees can clock-in when they arrive and clock-out when they leave as well as report on activities that happened during the visit. The eRSP™ Visit Verification features include Client Caller ID and Mobile GPS to verify the location as well as Caregiver and Client Pin, Voice and Digital Signature features to further verify parties involved.
