Arthur L. Glenn, Chairman
Mr. Glenn has 35 years in high technology fields at GE, including the CT and MRI medical scanning systems culminating as corporate Vice President. Additionally, he spent three years as President and Chief Operating Officer of a $600 million environmental services company. Mr. Glenn graduated with honors from Penn State with a BSME, and was named a Distinguished Alumni in 2005.
David F. Glenn, President
Mr. Glenn has over 24 very successful years of information technology experience. His prior experience includes turning around a distribution company through managing a very successful installation of a new, mission-critical business system along with new customer software applications. Mr. Glenn also has 13 years of successful project management experience at IBM. He has industry expertise in the distribution, banking, and insurance business sectors, and has BSEE and MBA degrees.
Russell A. Roux, Vice President - Technology
At Kaleida Systems, Mr. Roux has successfully led the technology team for 7 years in it's development, hosting and support activities. He is the original author of eRSP and now manages the on-going development as the senior architect. Mr. Roux had 18 years of experience at IBM, where he was a project manager, applications architect, and lead software engineer on numerous mission-critical installations. He has worked in the distribution, manufacturing, banking, and staffing industry sectors. Mr. Roux has a BS degree from Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina.
Patrick Hanna - Sales & Account Management
Mr. Hanna is responsible for managing our new client start up service and support team. His duties include new sales, new site start up training and on-going support. Mr. Hanna has significant prior experience as a Curriculum Instructor for Information Technology at Central Piedmont Community College and as the Owner/CEO of Mr.K Stores Inc.
